Where do you ship your wines?

We currently offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand and international shipping to selected countries including Australia, the USA, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Yes, once your order leaves our cellar door, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.

What is your policy on damaged or corked bottles?

We take great pride in the quality of our wine. If you receive a bottle that is damaged during transit or is faulty (corked), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

By law, all alcohol deliveries must be signed for by an individual over the age of 18. Our couriers may request a valid ID as proof of age before releasing the package.

How do I join the Amisfield Wine Club?

You can join our Wine Club through our website. Members receive exclusive access to limited-release vintages, discounts on all purchases, and invitations to special events at our Queenstown winery.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select our premium gift packaging and include a personalized message which we will hand-write on a gift card for the recipient.
